Easily out of breath & chest headache?

I'm a 40 year old white feminine and lately I have be getting out of breath highly easily. Such as when I embezzle a shower, put my hair up, saunter up a couple flights of stairs, simple things like that. Am I of late getting old or could it be something else. I do hold chest pain/pressure with this but own already been told plentiful times that I am too young to enjoy heart problems, have also have a few EKG's in the ending year and they didn't find anything so what could it be? Any suggestions?

chest pain within this age group may be due to infection in the chest or recent injury at chset wall,as you are 40 yrs old so nearby may be a heart problem it can not be totaly ruled out without proper investigation
