What's a hastily yet thriving way to lose 10-20 pounds within a few months?

I'm 15 years old so i can't jump to a gym and workout or anything since i'm a minor. So basically I'm lately looking for a way to lose 10-20 pounds surrounded by a few months before academy starts again. I gained a few pounds during the winter and can't come across to lose the weight. So plz assist me by giving me ideas that i'd truly find useful. Plz not a soul say "stop eating" because specifically just stupid and weak and totally none helpful. thank u :)

Most studies own shown its not healthy to lose more than 2lbs a week. This is approx. 8lbs a month.

Normally, gyms will offer memberships to minors if they have a legally recognized guardian to sign for them. If this is still not an option, I would set up a investigational diet. Eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a year is better than eating 3 substantial meals a morning. Also, add salads and hose into your diet so you will feel full, but won't be ingestion extra snacks. If you do crave snacks, try eating reading light, healthy foods, such as carrot or celery.

There are also some workout videos out nearby that you may want to try. I'm not sure if they work, but they offer aerobic and cardio excercises that you can do surrounded by your own home. Perhaps going on jogs, walk, or bike rides around the neighborhood could be intertwined.

Keep your head up. If you preserve at it, that extra weight will be gone surrounded by a flash.

If your gym doesn't let you work out, try a Recreation (Rec) center. They tend to hold less culture, and let more minors work out\use their equipment.
