What is it when?
You feel sick at darkness or like after you put away,it is nausea more or less i hold never gotten sick but feel approaching it.if you need to know more ask and i will tag on on thanks for the help out.
And it only happen in the dark or after 7.

Maybe you are intake too much at night? Are you lay down after eating? Try to devour a small amount, a light, simple snack (no greasy burgers or hot chili), bath down with sea, and sit up for at least an hour afterward.
How elderly are you? How long have you be feeling sick? Days? Months? How regularly? With every meal? How long does the nausea second? Does it happen without hesitation after you eat or an hour or two next? Is there any strain at all? Burning sensation? Do you own other symptoms, like nouns, dizziness, weakness? What sympathetic of meals are you ingestion? Are they nutritionally balanced?
