there has be pain contained by my right breast for the past week or so, and it be aware of like nearby may be swollen glands or something?

it feels similar to a large lump i.e. hard, but it doesnt be aware of like something that shouldnt be near.

It could be somthing swollen but I doubt it because ut shouldn't be a lump or hard. A bruise is possible if you play sports. Just because you are babyish doesn't mean it can't be something serious.
