Is it commonplace to get your time 4 days before you start the 'white' desk birth control pills?

the inactive pills fire up on sunday i got my term on wednesday..also is it possible to get pregnant while taking the white unused pills? if there is no hormones contained by those.how can i be protected?

The notion with the pills in need hormones is that if you take them the week that you would customarily get your length, you can't get pregnant because it is impossible to draw from pregnant that time of the month.
