should i stay the way i am or should i gain weigh. i touch too skinny.

If your ribs are showing (a lot, then gain some!!) but how the picture looks you look everyday. you are actually underweight by the calculation with your freight and size n stuff.

I don't own to look at any pictures to tell you that you are underweight, but you are still infantile. Believe me as you age and your betabolism slows down, you will gain weight, unless you stay really really helpful as in immensity lifting program.
Thats is one way to really sculpt you body, is to lift up weights. Get the very small ones, they will work and you won't injure yourself using them.
Running is another style to sculpt the body. Works wonders.

Gaining immensity is your own personal decision. If you want to do it, you should chomp through more and, if you want muscle, exercise. You need to agree on how you look and if you are happy next to that look. Don't let others be paid the choice for you. I used to do that and wasn't happy. I wouldn't gain weight it would spawn you look worse. Your fine. There is no way you weigh 84.5, surrounded by your dreams.
