Weirdness after my first time?

I am 19 and my doctor had to distribute me medicine to product me have my spell...i think i started near a p. She said I have primary amenorrhea, capably I had a time of year but it lasted for more or less eleven days...then after it be finally over I started getting really dizzy and once when I stood up all I could see was colored lights and I feel like I be going to fall over and I have to prop myself up on a wall until I could see everything again. Is this normal?
