Switching brands of birth control and can't get hold of new ones for 3 weeks because of communication in service, any thinking?

I have be on the same birth control for the later eleven years. My insurance recently changed and I hold to change the brand. I go to the pharmacy to get my unmarked prescription filled today and not one pharmacy contained by my city had that brand contained by stock. I am planning on sending my script surrounded by to the mail to acquire my new ones but it will probably be three weeks previously I get them. That money not being on birth control for three enitre weeks. My biggest question is will it be a big concordat to do this and just be stale of them altogether until my new ones come contained by? (I will of course be using alternative methods for birth control) The other chance I have is using two spare influential pills I randomly enjoy left over from my ingenious birth control and then calling the doctor first piece Monday morning. I had no perception that I would not be able to lately go to a pharmacy and pick these up or I would enjoy dealt next to this a week ago and probably avoided all of this.
Please bequeath me any ideas and opinion...Thanks!

Since you have be on them for so long it is extremely doubtful that your body will become fertile within the short time that you will not be taking them. Not a big agreement.
