I would go near seasonal. I'm on the pill now and I enjoy the low estergal or something like that but I want to switch to single get my interval 4 times a month. My cramps are still so bad even tho it's better later it was formerly.
Also just FYI for everyone who's motto just don't enjoy sex, The pill also helps near cramps and if you have a unhealthy flow. I don't know what you are using it for but it has abundantly of other benefits to it. You will also be able to know exactly when you start, down to the hour.
EDIT: Talk to your gyno. She will know best. she will know what you want it for and know your history so she will be able to prescribe what is best for you. Everyone is different

I have endometriosis so I hold tried a lot of different types of birth control trying to lessen the headache and bleeding of my periods.The enormously best I have found is Seasonale or Seasonique (same drug, different names).
This birth control pill is effectual to 90+%(maybe much higher) and you take a pill every morning. The best part is that you one and only have a time every three months. And it really works!
On the shot, the first time i was on it, I have no period. When I go on ot again after I had my daughter, I have a period adjectives of the time.
