Although Vicodin is a strong painkiller, it doesn't really work that okay on cramps! You are much better off taking Alleve or Motrin. If you are taking Vicodin anyway, you really shouldn't combine it next to an OTC painkiller. Vicodin contains Acetominiphen (same as Tylenol) and you are not supposed to mix it beside asprin, Alleve, Motrin, etc. Feel better.

Sure you can, if that's what helps your cramp. Just don't take any exessive amounts of tylenol, as the vicodin have some tylenol in it already. Also, stay away from alcohol. Be assiduous to only use the vicodin for two or three days, and singular if *nothing* else works.

You can also safely lug a dose of ibuprofen to help beside bloating, as the tylenol or vicodin will do neither.
