Pregnancy or Stomach Virus?

My girlfriend started to get a vomitting premonition a little smaller quantity than a week ago. She had a dull pain in her stomach and threw up a couple times. Then it stopped for I don`t know like two days and consequently came posterior. She still has the stomach pains immediately and she feels resembling she is going to throw up. But now beside that she has diarrhea. She basically got her cramps for her length last hours of darkness and she usually gets a moment or two spotting before her time and she said color and everything looks normal. She didnt take her full period even so but she had the really unpromising cramps for it last hours of darkness. This is all taking place about three weeks after i would of even be near her because i be on vacation. Does this nouns like pregnancy or a stomach virus to you?
