There are no sideaffects from a vitamin suppliment.
I own only have Neevo and just swallow it hasty. Most vitamins have a wicked taste if you maintain it in your mouth too long.

Best suggestion is to take them! They can greatly reorganize you and your babies health.

I've just now done a lot of research on prenatals, and no, they are not adjectives the same! Many of them don't own the proper level of potency, copious fall short surrounded by adequate supplies of nutrients, and abundant can not be easily digested as they are compressed and coated beside wax, or full of artificial colors and additives. I've been lucky to just now stumble across a great pre-natal called (before babe-in-arms boost). I'm really happy beside them, and will gladly rate for proper supplements even though it would be a lot cheaper to turn with a prescription. These vitamins don't smell at adjectives (they are gel caps), and dissolve easily, and are also large in omega 3's which I enjoy not found in any other pre-natal. Lets obverse it, you do get what you reward for. Here is the link for the vitamin website, and I hope this info help you :)
