I think i get a stomach bug. i vomitted a lot yesterday. i want to devour but not sure what. any suggestions?

start small! water and saltines and see if you hold it down! do not do any dairy for immediately. you can also try egg noodles,soft scrambled egg ,no butter ,use non stick spray.fluids are really the most important.
crackers,bread,soups likechickennoodle, drink dampen or 7up,sprite or slice.
Try consumption some dry, brown bread - use a oven to make it even drier but don't burn it. Eat that slowly and see if you consistency better. If you do, try eating something near a lot of roughage, such as a banana or cereal (WITHOUT milk).
Fruit salad is also a good leeway, but the best option, is to in recent times drink lots of water to flush your system out. It will 'drain' the bug out and you'll grain fresh again.

Bannanas, saltine crackers, pretzels, chicken broth, rice, fruit juices if they enjoy VERY LITTLE sugar in them. I would avoid anything beside milk (butter, cheese), lots of fat (well, almost everything), caustic (organice juice, tomatos) or spicy as these will irritate your stomach further.Sorry you are sick. Okay, they say aloud rice is excellent. Plain white rice, that is, not unreserved rice or brown rice or obviously anything spicy. Another conception is rice crackers (also known as rice cakes). To drink - black tea (ie plain tea near no milk) is good.
