ok this is kinda gross but i need to know. does anyone else find constipated when their on their period. and on approaching the last hours of daylight do you not really bleed or spot but have brown gunk?

It's totally normal to own bowel problems on your period... I be in motion through this too... I also go through the brown gunk and spotting... completely ordinary... don't worry

That's common. the brown means its infirm blood and your body is just finishing up cleaning itself. The constipation is probably a more yo body - not extraordinary or unfixable. drink water and put away more fiber. look to your diet changes for the stool devolution. correct it through fiber and water.

Actually I get diarrhea every month next to my period, and yes I do carry the gunk to, its at the beginning and conclusion of my periods, I simply wear a pad for a couple extra days.
