My mom said it hurts because they are still growing.i am same age.. and that happen to me last summer.. i get nervous thinking i be gettin cancer.. but they are just harden according to my dr.. they are forming into "adult breasts".. idk if u notice your areola area not person puffy anymore.. because they are maturing... they look so much better lol
They could still be growing, it could be from caffeine intake especially if you have fibro-cystic breasts (lumpy breasts), it could be hormonal, you could be pregnant as breast pain is one of the first symptoms or it could be because your current bra isn't supportive enough. Sometimes runners will attain sore breasts due to breast motion from not wearing a good bra.
I aspiration I could tell you something definitive but in attendance are several things that can cause sore/tender breasts.
