Answers:
Stress can undeniably affect your menstrual cycle! Your luteal phase, the time between ovulation and the start of your period, is "about" alike each cycle (per woman). Stress usually have a habit of delay ovulation. So after ovulating late and keeping your usual luteal phase, it would product your period come across "late."
I know it's not the answer you're looking for, but looking on here for answers is not the right entry to do, either. The individual person that can report you anything definitely is a doctor, and you know that. A delayed menstrual time of year could indicate pregnancy or a problem. If your period does not start surrounded by a week or so, you need to testing or seek medical proposal, period.
Hope this help!
