nope they're not desperate to have, it's typical. they are technically not sexual for the most part. Guys bodies can simply hold so much seman before the body have to release it...the younger the guy is the less they can hold thus the defence why young juvenile boys have them. they can becaused by extremely sexual dreams or the penis rubing on the pajamas or the bed. Girls can have damp dreams too.
