I don't guess so.it's hormones. Your progesterone level climbs glorious the week before your length.thats what causes the PMS symptoms. Try taking the low dose birth control pill if you can...it help regulate it for me.

No, I am an OBGYN and food have nothing to do beside calming you hormones. Your find cravings for it but when you eat it, it does NOT supress your emotion. That is a rumor and is not true.
