How severe is your PMS? There is something called PMDD, it's premenstrual dysphoric disorder. It's not merely "bad pms", but a massively excruciating and debilitating form of pms... similar to pms times a million.

I had a severe skin of PPD(postpartum depression) after my daughter was born, and soon after one dx'd with the PPD I be dx'd with PMDD. I be on so many meds for the PPD, however, NONE of those meds touched the PMDD, not surrounded by my case. It be a nightmare of a time. I was suicidal every month.

I begin taking the Yaz birth control pill back contained by October, and it has help alleviate the PMDD. I no longer take any of the other meds, merely an occasional Ativan.
