Dropping Hemoglobine?

Dear all, I have a ask. In the past 6 months I own had 3 blood test done and everytime I have one myhemoglobine drops. It be 13.5 the first time, then 11.5 and the end one I did yesterday showed 10.2 hemoglobine.I have also started a diet of 1300 calories and started working out at gym. It seem that the more overweight and unhealthy I am, the more hemoglobine I enjoy. Can you think of a source? Thanks!

Pregnant or menstrual cycle?

You're starting to get into a scarily low area for your hemoglobin. 7.0 is considered critical. I assume you're seeing a doctor roughly this. You clearly have a condition explicitly causing anemia and further investigation is necessary. You might just not be getting ample iron or there could be more serious reason for this. You need to procure this resolved.

are trying to influence "hemoglobin". You may want to look at the results of your blood test to determine the middle-of-the-road range of hemoglobin. If you are out of span, you better check with your doctor give or take a few this.

I'm assuming a doctor ordered the blood test? So they pretty much know what to look for. And I think that they would consent to you in on it if in attendance was a problem. Stop worrying. Or of late ask the doc on your next call on so he can put your mind at ease.

Why so childish and having sex>?

When you go on your diet - did you cut out iron rich foods (eg lean red meat)? If you did it might explain your haemoglobin drops.
