I put on real disappointing music, I sit and let myself cry and I drink all my comfort foods. I numeral, I may as well receive into it because I know it will pass. Eventually, I start laughing at myself for man so damn blue. I do the same point when I feel angry for no source. I put on really hard rock music really loud and rumba around and punch the air and sing existing loud until I start laughing at myself for being so damn nutty! Try it! I promise the depression will vanish in the past your eyes!
Help someone that has it worse than you. Go furnish some change to a homeless dude, donate a dollar to the McDonald's House, tender to do someone a favor...You have a right life, you may be legitimate depressed and you may have a devout reason.but masses others are way worse. Pull yourself together and don't nurture the depression monkey.
it depends what kind of depressed it is as contained by the sickness or the down in the dumps.
if ur down within the dumps try watching a commedy show or movie. or SHOPPING ! try anything that will make u optimistic.as long as its safe and wont bring doomed to failure memories that will bring u even more down.
talk to your familial and friends and hang out beside them. if they're not free, thenh put on some happy music and rumba around your room like crazzy!! You may seem to be like a fool, but hey, nobody can see you and it puts you surrounded by a better mood.
