im not sure why i keep getting headahces i get them almost everyday or every other day
I'm one and only 16 and im not sure why =( anyone have any thinking?

I seize headaches adjectives the time also and most are from tons of stress.Sometimes its something as simple as your vision or It could be something serious and really should be talk over with a Doc . If your mom wont pilfer you maybe your dad or another family connections member?

I am almost 18 right now, but I used to achieve headaches rather often too, when i be younger. Headaches could be caused by abundant things, but a common principle is dehydration, so make sure you drink ample water. Also gross sure you're not skipping meals, as I used to do and go and get enough sleep.
