Run 3 miles 3 times a week. At your own pace you dont inevitability to sprint or anything. take a flawless hour to run 3 miles. Then start by doing 50 sit ups a nite every nite for a week then week 2 do 100 a nite..week 3 200 a nite. Also cut out adjectives fast food and soda. I promise you will see a difference in the first month!

accually for me, running never did much. but like what i used to do, be fast for a morning and every once in a while do crunchs and consequently you can start eating again but simply two meals a light of day and stretch alot and do crunches it always did it for me correct, without alot of work
