Slim but not skinny?

im 13 getting ready to turn 14 and im 129{somewhere around there}and im 5'3 and when i go to the doc she said i was fine but i want to carry my stomach off .my mom say to do sit-up but i HATE those things does any1 have any suggestions {my mom will not agree to me go on a diet}

curlups, thats what i do. if you really want to lose your stomach do them. oh and the balance globe works too. ive been doing 100 a daylight and its starting to show its effect. good luck.

Any exercies will back. No exercise makes one body factor thin. When you do sit ups, it make the msucles tighter their but doesn't make the flab go away any faster at hand than on other parts of your body. Swimming and running will do the most good.
