Why the pain if no interval?

I have not have sex for 2 months though I did right after the March cycle. I have have one cycle since then and in a minute I am due for another one and I am having serious cramps but no interval, no spotting. I don't feel stressed and though I work out, I other have and hold never missed my cycle. What could be the reasons. Could I own been preg and have a cycle the first month?
