I have private one to one yoga course twice a week. I am 17 ( boy ). On one particular exercise my yoga instructor has to put her foot on my buttocks for going on for a minute or more and push them in to make sure i am doing it correctly. But yesterday as i moved out i noticed at hand was a big black footmark on my white shorts and it won`t come stale. How do i tell her in the region of the mark? I also enjoy a small bruise. Should i tell her that as powerfully? Because she has to enjoy her foot my bum every session.
