Why do i get deeply painful menstrual cramps until that time my period(two weeks before) when i exercise?

Answers:

How much bleeding is there when one menstruates?

I'm thinking that it might not be menstrual cramps. I know that we adjectives know that every one is different, but that is a adjectives time for ovulation. You may be looking at a condition called endometriosis. I'm not going to pretend that I'm a doctor or anything close to that.but I know it has something to do beside a woman's fallopian tubes, and cysts that may be on them. It feels something similar to, and is often confused beside appendicitis.
A common solution is to travel on birth control pills which regulate cycles and prevent ovulation from occurring. Surgery is also common, but 2 of my friends enjoy been diagnosed near endometriosis, and are on BC pills for the condition. You really should see a doctor though. Good luck and I hope this helped!!

PS- There is a LOT of information on the Internet roughly endometriosis, if you would like to do some personal research also.
