When conceived...?
Are there any "conceived" or "I'm markedly pregnant" pains that you get surrounded by your uterus/ovaries area? Could you get hold of pains if you conceived and are still on the pill (not on purpose)? What could those little pains be?

i hold pains and cramps during ovulating. also when i was taking pills(contraceptives) i have lot of strange sensations in my uterus/ovaries because of the hormones they contain. but I'm not taking anymore pills and my ovulating question paper are negatives, still i hold worst uterus pains after i have sex. so i go to lot of doctors and they told me i have endometriosa{I don' know how it is term in English} (a bleeding inflammation of uterus). i had a surgical intervention (laparoscopie) that might help out me . go to see a doctor! at hand's nothing to be a shame of!
Nope not as I know of pains to be exact..
