Exercise Question?

My son is 2 1/2 months old and I be wondering if there is any type of exercise I can do to take my hips back to at hand normal size. They demonstrably spread during pregnancy and delivery and I in recent times feel close to they were clothed before but immediately they are just massive. Help please!

Yes baby at hand is. Walking as fast as you can. Lay on your put a bet on bring your legs up straight and bicycle yourself in motion. Don't go any further that this because you a moment ago gave birth to your little angel. Exercise a touch bit every day and it will work trust me girl.
