If you are young-looking, it is normal not to enjoy regular periods. However, if you are bleeding every 21 days, consequently you are regular! You just enjoy short cycles. If you mean that your aren't regular contained by how long the periods finishing and how much you bleed, that is also middle-of-the-road. From the little information posted here, I see nothing wrong or remarkable.
