Period Stuff (girls solely!)?
I am 12 and going in to 7th grade. I get my period within 5th grade. It is pretty mundane now. But I single get it every two months. Also is it ok for me to use tampons? I use them an dI feel it is ok since I use them correctly, i dont leave them within for longer than 8 hours, and I swim, play soccer, play basketball, skateboard, rollerblade, and surf.

its fine as long as you change them regularly and alternate them beside pads, to hold the bacterial leval low. pads can irritate the skin down near so sometimes its more comfortable to wear tampons, but tampons can make ya stink somewhat more because the bacteria doesnt own anywhere else to go realy. i use pad somedays and tampons other days but always use pad at night because i dont want to acquire up in the middle of the hours of darkness to change a tampon plus when your not moveing alot you dont own alot of flow to need to coppers a pad contained by the middle of the night, unless you enjoy heavy period. carefree have good liner for when you use tampons. and kotex has a honourable line of pad. i like those two brands because they still enjoy the cotton surface on the pads which help to keep the irritation away.

I would chew over that it's okay for you to use tampons. It seem approaching you know what you are doing. If nothing is wrong when you own them in here and afterwards then I construe you'll be okay.ofcorse it is
