Advil works close to a charm. But don't take too much of it. Usually a couple of doses(2 pills) a daytime will drastically slow it down.

I don't recommend using Ibuprofen because it have been certain to cause some stomache issues after long permanent status use. I know that when I was younger my mother would net me an herbal tea that would reduce my flow and shorten it by a few days. You may want to call on a GNC or some place similar to see if they have anything. Also using different kind of birth control can help.
