What could explanation an enlarged uterus?

I got my annual exam done ultimate Friday. My husband and I are trying to concieve and during my exam, my doctor said, "Your uterus feels a touch big. MIght be sooner than you think." He after told me to take a HPT when I missed a interval and "call him when it be time."
The thing is, I started my term. So that rules out pregnancy - right? He did not seem concerned beside it other than thinking I might be pregnant. I have a baby 16 months ago, but have an exam last year and nought along those lines was mentioned afterwards. Could my uterus just hold changed a little from that first pregnancy and I don`t know he just didn't perceive then or thought it would progress down? Or does it swell al ittle before menstruation - it be 4 days before my length started. Any ideas, ladies?

Yes, Hormones can transmutation your uterus and since it was so, close to you starting your term that maybe why. However, I know you started your time of year, but you still may want to take a HPT. Just because you started doesn't parsimonious your not pregnant. Many woman have a time of year during the first month or even the first trimester. If it comes up negative consequently, I wouldn't be concerned and chalk up to hormones. But of course if you still are concerned homily with your doctor.

Can anyone bring up to date me a good multi-vitamin for women?

He told purely after examining you, he might be wrong. I mean it wasn't any imaging resembling sonography. After 16 months it should not be enlarged because of previous pregnancy. It should have regressed by this time. Anyhow, you must step for a preg.test.
