I started my period yesterday?
No, it should not hurt, and it should NOT be falling out. You are not putting it in correctly. You obligation to sit on the toilet with your legs apart, or stand beside one leg elevated on the toilet. Insert the tampon applicator in your vagina in the region of 2 inches in, and then push the tampon adjectives the way. You should not surface it and it shouldn't hurt. If it does, then you are not doing it right. Just practice, but if it starts to hurt abundantly, take a break and use pad until you are ready to try again.
You don't enjoy it inserted inside you far enough.
Follow the instructions inside the box.
I have the same problem when I begin putting tampons in. It is not in far enough. Once the tampon reach a certain position in your body, your cervical walls will grasp the tampon so it will not hurt or come out. Next time, try sticking your fingers further up into your vagina with the tampon and THEN pushing it applicator and pulling the applicator out. It shouldn't hurt or stumble out then. Good luck!
maybe you didn't put it within far enough. or you own too big of a tampon. try the slender fit that might work better. more you try the easier it gets.
I think you put it surrounded by wrong or got the wrong size. Talk to your mom or another woman you can trust.
It shouldn't hurt if you enjoy it in right. Start again and relax, Push it in toward your subsidise and push until your finger goes inside you also. later remove the applicator. Try squatting if sitting doesn't feel comfy for you. Keep trying you'll go and get it.
