If it continues to be a problem, you should own a chat with your GP or condition visitor who might know how to advise you further.
Hope that help.

Your muscles were stretched. If you havent be working to tightening them then this can crop up. you need to work more than freshly your pelvic muscles they all work together if u enjoy 1 set of strong muscles and 2 sets of weak muscles the strong will one and only compensate for the weak but will nto brand it any better. Incontinence is particularly normal after have a baby and if you're doing pelvic exercises it might lately take more time or you might call for to see your doctor is it bad. Does it evolve at anby other times? (I haven't had a child yet, but since I hit puberty, one and the same thing happen to me on trampolines, weird.)During pregnancy the bladder muscles are weakend due to the counterweight of the baby.
What you suffered is call stress incontience and often happen after childbirth. This happens surrounded by exercise, sneezing, coughing, even sex! It can be helped by doing pelvic floor exercises. Make sure you are doing them correctly. If you are, and are still getting stress incontience, ask the doctor for some vaginal cones. These are little weights that you put into the vagina for a unmistaken amount of time, and obviously your muscles enjoy to work to hold them in. They increase in bulk as your muscles get stronger. Good luck!
