i'd had a tot about 9 mnths ago, give or take a few a couple of days ago i was on my little sis trampoline, the item is when i was jump i felt a pulling sensation (down below) and i nearly raining myself i had to stop and rush to the toilet, lol i do my pelvic exercises, but im characteristics of worried it will happen again when im not jump about approaching a dafty, is this normal after have a baby?

Yes its quite ordinary after having a babe-in-arms as your bladder is still very wishy-washy after giving birth. Continue with your pelvic floor exercises as much as you can.

Maybe you haven't been doing the pelvic floor exercises correctly. You should probably see your doctor roughly it. They may refer you to a physiotherapist who can teach you how to do them correctly.

Your muscles were stretched. If you havent be working to tightening them then this can crop up. you need to work more than freshly your pelvic muscles they all work together if u enjoy 1 set of strong muscles and 2 sets of weak muscles the strong will one and only compensate for the weak but will nto brand it any better. If you strengthen the whole nouns you will notice a huge difference.

What you suffered is call stress incontience and often happen after childbirth. This happens surrounded by exercise, sneezing, coughing, even sex! It can be helped by doing pelvic floor exercises. Make sure you are doing them correctly. If you are, and are still getting stress incontience, ask the doctor for some vaginal cones. These are little weights that you put into the vagina for a unmistaken amount of time, and obviously your muscles enjoy to work to hold them in. They increase in bulk as your muscles get stronger. Hi at hand, do not panic, i have a baby 3 years ago, did and still do my pelvic floor exercises and occasionally this happen to me. It happens some times if i sneeze.
3 years after that it has superior, and doesn't happen as commonly.
You could wear a sanitary towel if you are going somewhere and are worried just for piece of mind...
Good luck and don't be worried, i ponder it happens to every woman at some time after have a baby.
