once a month after your spell, might be ok, but mainly doctors read aloud you cause lots of yeast and other infections by messing near the natural match in your vagina. so really i wouldnt bother.

Has anyone ever tried tea tree oil to capture rid of thrush?

i douche once a month and my doctor told me its fine as long as u dont over do it, she also recommended not using the ones that are heavy beside fragrance as those can really upset the balance of your vagina, she said to use the ones that are lately vinegar and water :)
