Ever experienced bloating like menstral bloating after your time of year is over? (i'm on birth control- for 3 years-- just switched over 5 months ago to topical birthcontrol)

Feels like the pms bloating you'd usually seize before your extent.. but i've still had alike feeling and (no- not constipated) only completely gross bloating between my belly button and below. I have deal with posterior pain for a while but i dont ruminate its linked together.

Anything you can imagine of or that you've experienced before? (i'm heading to the doctors this week only just wanted to know if i'm only the weird one hahaha, or if other woman hold experienced it before)
