HOW DO I GAIN WEIGHT? Seriously!!!?
I just get some vitamins that I will start to take, but I stipulation more help. I also only just have an appetite at times, or am so busy at work, that I miss the cafe, and/or work right through lunch.
I guzzle at dinner, but not a lot, because I cook the dinner, and in recent times never clean my plate anymore...
Is this a sign of something mroe serious? I do get through, but I do love junk food and fried foods, and as you would expect take out close to McDolands, Burger King, but I can't gain WEIGHT or something.
Please help me if you can.... any suggestions? I want to gain substance, but I want to eat well again too.

Very simply, you must burn fewer calories than you ingest every hours of daylight to gain weight. That way, you need to chomp through more and probably more often throughout the morning. I would suggest eating 5-6 times a afternoon and having a small dinnertime before bed respectively night.

Ok I am contained by the same boat as you. I enjoy been skinny adjectives my life, but on top form. I am 38 5'5 and 104 pounds.
