How do i grasp rid of a post natal floppy belly?

i have have 2 kids and i am incredibly paranoid about my postnatal belly as its really floppy. It prevents me from wearing most clothes as it hang over most trousers/jeans and hangs out the bottom of average size top. i have to wear long smock tops adjectives the time or t-shirts that are 2 size to big. i cant wear nice bra and knickers underwear combo. i really want to know any tips from people who own managed to gain rid of their baby belly!!

Hey girls, does this sound close to anemia?

I'm afraid the only means of access is exercise focusing on that area.

I wouldnt have a tummy tuck as this leaves a massive deformity which I think would net me more worried about my numeral!

If you have freshly given birth get into those pelvic floor muscles exercises and breast feed helps too. If not merely lots of firming up exercises will do it. Good luck.
