I want something non-surgical and long occupancy and I'm really bad near pills. Oh...and Im too heavy presently for the Patch weight guidelines.

The single other option that might be possible is Depo-Provera.

Which is the safest & most effective means of access to remove pubic hair for women?

I'm not skinney and i enjoy the Mirena IUD. Plastic though, and i have have is for over a year now. Its virtuous for 5 years, and I'm doing fine. My periods are a short time out of whack, but as for effectiveness? i say-so 100%!! It's worked for me! Since you already have the copper, afterwards it wont feel any different than the Mirena, But if your not allergic to copper after you should tell your doc. The sooner its out the better if you are. Good Luck!!

Is chocolate accurate or bad for taht time of month?

I am assuming you don't want to be surgically sterilized?

If not nearby is the Depo-provera shot which you get 4 times a year at your doctors bureau. It's hard to forget to get it because they will call for you so it's easier than the pill in that sense.

There are also feminine condoms and sponges as well as spermicide.

Another chance is the traditional male condom.
