No after care. I surface fine. But I am not taking HRT or anything , should I be? I am 45, and still not menopausal, although, I suppose that will start soon.But not suffering any symptoms. Should I just hold tight and see what happen?

You might want to find a Gyn , and own your files sent from your other Dr. But you sound fine. If you want to be convinced see a Dr. to set your mind at ease.
