Ask your mom for some give support to, don't feel embarassed every chick have to deal near it. There should be a diagram that comes with the tampons and if you follow it really guardedly, might take a couple tries, but you'll achieve the hang of it. You should also grasp the really thin ones so it doesnt perceive uncomfortable or anything.
