Problems near Yaz birth control?

I was on Ortho-Triclen for give or take a few 7 months and was resembling clockwork... every month got my extent great, lasted for just about 5 days and it I knew exactly when it be coming. But last month I switched to Yaz and since later, I've been messed up. I haven't have a REAL period... I be in the Keys for my birthday two weeks ago and have heavy spotting (more close to several smudges of blood) and that lasted more or less a day, afterwards went away. Since after, I've been on constant PMS. Food cravings, headache, mood-swings, backaches.

My interview: Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, when did you achieve "regular" on Yaz, if ever?

Thanks so much for any answers you can come up with.

.never Had first Period?

For some women it may appropriate up to 3 months to "adjust" to a birth control pill, I'm wondering if the fact that you be on Ortho-Triclene for 7 months and only started the Yaz have anything to do with it.

I'm on Yaz strictly for PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), a awfully severe form of PMS times a million, and in adjectives honesty, for me, it's a miracle pill b/c it has literally save my life. I'm so sorry that you are in truth having PMS while on Yaz.

If you can pedal the side effects for a bit longer, I'd say to bequeath it a shot. If it worsens or doesn't get ANY better, next by all ability, talk to your gyn around switching to another bcp.

Oh... I should mention, I think that masses people chew over that Yaz and Yasmine are the same pill. They're not. They are two totally different brands of bcp's.
........
I purely read what you had added. As I said up to that time, it can take up to 3 months for a bcp to support, I urge you not to give up of late yet. For me, near the PMDD, it helped after the first cycle on it. For some of my friends near PMDD, it helped after a couple of cycles. It's so different for everyone.

I hope that you find that it does extension up working for you. I wish you adjectives the best.

How safe from pregnancy am i if i?

The solitary problem I see with Yaz is they obligation to have Yasmine Bleeth as a spokesperson. Then sale would go through the roof.

Can you still be pregnant if you took Plan B and even get heavy bleeding for a few days after taking it?

Well if Ortho-Tri Cyclen be working so well why did you switch to start with? Yaz is a lower dose of hormones and surrounded by some people, it's not adequate to have all right control over their body's own hormones to regulate. Plus some forms of the pill cause seriously of breakthrough bleeding. Seasonale, Yaz and Yasmin are notoroious for it. Switch back or pick something else.

Health Question ? Serious Help!?

I be on Yasmin a couple of years ago and didn't have any problems beside it. I had middle-of-the-road periods and no PMS. I specifically used Yasmin to clear my acne. The symptoms you own experienced may have occur because
Ortho-Triclen and Yasmin have different level of estrogen and progestin. It may take a month or two for your body to capture used to Yasmin but see your doctor if you're concerned.

How long does it take for your length to become regular?

yuppp i have that too i purely switched to it because i ran out and thats what the doctor give me for free but i am starting back on my common birth control that works fabulous for me so, i suggest going back to your matured birth control if it works so great why change it? ( =P ) and my majority birth control is yasmin; yasmin & yaz are two different birth controls hope i helped Lyss
