Pre Menstrual Syndrome. "Pre" vehicle before. I own it, so let me try to explain in my own words. About a week or so back you start your period you obtain very, fundamentally emotional and moody. It is a constant swing of emotion that you can't control. With me it starts out by immediately lashing out at relations around me by snapping and saying adjectives kinds of shocking things to them, usually over minor stuff that doesn't amount to a hill of beans! Then the subsequent day I usually budge and cry somewhere cause I imagine everybody hates me, later the third day I merely go kinda numb and purely want to be left alone to see in self pity, later toward the end I can't stop discussion just yammer yammer yammer, adjectives this happens every month and I know its' going to but still it creeps up on me up to that time I knew what be going on. I apologize to all my loved ones and Friends they own learned to cut me and just stay away for a couple days. The day formerly I actually start I hold so much energy I merely clean house afterwards a bottom out with no vigour what so ever. I always hold to have chocolate and live on Midol during the actual week of my cycle. After its adjectives over with I can't find partially the stuff I put up when I cleaned in my giant energy house cleaning!
