Seems like everyone like the Sunday..
Haven't started yet, but to me it seem like the Day 1 would be the easiest and the easiest to remember. You start your time of year and then bam, swallow a pill. I'd probably forget to bear the pill if I had to dawdle a few days after my period until it be sunday.

Is there anyone out nearby in the world who have done the Day 1 and not the Sunday Start?

i have other done the day 1 start, i be on ortho tri cyclen lo (didnt work for me), but with the pills i am on very soon i do the day 1 start. i agree make more sense to me
