How to mute upper thigh rison?

i am 24 yr female. my body size is 32, 26,37 . so i want to cut back on my upper thigh rison. could u pls help me for this?
i know i should do exersises for this but i dont know the extraordinary exersices for this? is there any cd's available surrounded by market. if it is available pls inform me

Cycling will be a good exercise. Swimming, jog and yoga (lotus position, tadasan) will also help. Good luck!
