Does anyone achieve really severe PMS?

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a condition most often characterized by irregular menstrual period, excess hair growth and heaviness, but it can affect women in a mixture of ways. Irregular or heavy period may signal the condition in young adulthood, or polycystic ovary syndrome may become apparent subsequently when a woman has difficulty becoming pregnant.

Medications for achieve pregnancy

To become pregnant, you may need a medication to trigger ovulation. Clomiphene (Clomid, Serophene) is an anti-estrogen medication that you filch for five days in the first constituent of your menstrual cycle. If clomiphene alone isn't effective, your doctor may append metformin to help trigger ovulation.

If you don't become pregnant using clomiphene and metformin, your doctor may recommend using gonadotropins — FSH and LH medication that are administered by injection. Because many women beside PCOS have elevated level of LH, your doctor may recommend treatment with FSH alone.

Umm..minister to!womann problms..AGAIN!!?

Nabothian cysts are mostly harmless
There are two treatment methods that you can try
one is electrocautery (basically buring away the cyst) and the other is cryofreezing (freezing it). See your gynecologist for more info. And no the treatments will not prevent you from giving birth as nabothian cysts are on the surface of the cervix.

oops, almost missed your PCOS
PCOS is Polycystic ovary syndrome, and yes THIS is what would prevent you from giving birth, and it is FAR more serious than the cysts. It causes a need of regular ovulation and excessive amounts of masculinizing hormones
Some symptoms include:
irregular, few, or absent menstrual periods
slippery skin
dark patch of skin, tan to darkened brown or black
Prolonged periods of PMS-like symptoms

Also, women near PCOS may have a difficult time conceiving because of their irregular cycles and paucity of ovulation. However, it is possible for these women to have regular pregnancies with the aid of medication, expressly metformin, and diet.

Get yourself fully checked out, as cancer can also become a risk factor.

Good luck
