Hernia cross-examine?

Is it possible to have a hernia but enjoy it not show up on medical scans or be feel when examined because you are always lay down during these exams? My abdominal muscles are seperated from 3 pregnancys and 1 c-section 5 years ago and I keep intuition like I've be sucker punched in the gut around(just below) my belly button. Medical test have revealed zilch so far. My docs are puzzled and i am frustrated. I had my finishing baby 8 months ago and enjoy lost quite a bit of substance but I still need to loose for a while more

iam a man and i have a hernia in my groin,and i couldnt quality it lying down,but once i stood up i could feel it,i guess when your lying down,it go back within.

well, it depends on where on earth it is. i had a hernia on my stomach, a few inches above my belly button and i could in actuality see it, especially when i was lying down. and it feel really sore/ttender, too. doctors usually find it, i doubt they would miss it. hope this helped.
