I use it. No bulk gain. The only side effect I have was relatively a bit of spotting from the extended cycling. Doesn't happen to everyone, and it supposedly go away after a few cycles, but it's a huge pain.

I use it. Same as the first answerer, I haven't gained any mass. I have no cramping every three months when I do catch a period and my skin is amazing. Also, near is some spotting due to the extended cycle but this will supposedly calm down the longer you use it. My just complaint is that I had breakthrough bleeding, which process my body overtook the medicine and I get my period anyways despite the pills. However, I asked my gyno and she said this can ahppen when you are on extended cycle pills and it shouldn't take place again and if it does she can get me on a different formula.
