Looks close to the cli*ories but on the urethral or right below it !?

im 23 yrs .. i've lately noticed that between my labia minora within is a small thing ( not the clitories ) its similar to the clitories but its located right within the urethral openning or maybe right below it .. am using a cream for yeast infection and it respectively time my finger comes to this area i surface like peeing !! and i stingy peeing ( nothing else ) ..

I be wondering if this is normal !! coz i've be checking wikipedia and i cant seems to find anything similar to what am chitchat about.
